One of the British rock stars of the contemporary art world, Marc Quinn, is currently having one of his first solo exhibitions in Denmark.  The show, titled "All of Nature Flows Through Us" showcases his large-scale sculptures and paintings from the period 2000–2011.  Quinn's work dives into the major themes of life and death, gender, identity, and his ability to capture the very unique, if not strange, figures of our current pop culture (e.g. Zombie Boy and the world's first pregnant man, Thomas Beatie).

No surprise that he is one of the Young British Artists of the likes of Damien Hirst, Tracey Emin, and Tacita Dean whose bold art shocks and has been the topic of much controversy. Quinn can use just about any material from blood and fire to oil and bronze, to convey his message or lack of message, it's up to you.

But whether you're for or against the work, I can't deny that this looks like a fascinating exhibition, one that I wish I could attend!
