You can't get more anatomical/physiological than this for your home! Icelandic designer Thorunn Arnadottir created this radiator that mimics the classic color scheme of the capillary beds illustrated in medical books. The radiator, painted with thermochromatic paint, gradually turns red from top to bottom when it is heating up. No more burning yourself against the radiator!
