Karl Kwasny Deep In The Forest


Deep in the forest, where heavy feet sink,
you mightn’t be quite as alone as you think.

Manhattan-based illustrator Karl Kwasny (meaning “sour” in Polish), has a wonderfully dark children’s book-type style of illustration.  I love how the skull illusion is so subtle and daunting.
