Identity of Delicate Anatomy Top?

Does anyone have any information on this anatomical fashion piece?  Looks like it was worn down the runway.  At first glance I thought it was wood, but it looks like a softer material.  Any info would be greatly appreciated! [spotted by Helena via If Style Could Kill]
