Heidi Klum is known for going all out for her favorite holiday, Halloween. This year she’s donning a hand-painted anatomical suit by designer Martin Izquierdo when she hosts a Halloween party at TAO Nightclub at the Venetian in Las Vegas. If you watch the video, she says she wants it to look uber bloody and gory, but right now it looks more like everyone’s favorite anatomy coloring book…
For those of you without a costume yet, I thought I would provide a few inspirational Street Anatomy approved ideas. I’ve been REALLY wanting to do the Day of the Dead inspired one, all scary yet enticing. I have to find the right sequins/flowers/outfit. Sadly, none of them have instructions, they’re just awesome images (a couple are from photographer portfolios) I’ve found floating around. Also to note, I’ve not found any cool makeup with men. Someone correct this!

If I were known to wear dresses…ah who am I kidding, I could never pull this off. But for those of you who could, the dress is available for $132 in ‘dirty black’ or ‘blue jean’ from the Wildfox website, or available in teal (as shown) on ShopNastyGal for 6 bones more.
This dress is perfect for the girl who doesn’t want to dress up but still wants to shake it this Hallow’s Eve.
Check out this beautiful bracelet by jewelry designer Delfina Delettrez. Delettrez is from Rome, the daughter of French jewelry designer Bernard Delettrez. She is inspired by gothic imagery, in case that wasn’t clear.
Her site seems to be down at the moment, but you can find more of her work online.
Sleek. Classy. Modern. Three words I wish described my apartment (and my life) but sometimes I am lacking. Perhaps with a gorgeous piece from Elsa Peretti’s collection at Tiffany, I can fill those voids. I mean, the description of the cuff on the website reads-
The sublime symmetry and sensuous contours have an ergonomic quality that makes them one with the body.
Who doesn’t want that? The bangle ($575) and the black crystal candlestick ($250) come in a variety of materials and prices. I think that candlestick, with it’s flat femur-like base, is just jaw droppingly gorgeous. Any time I can subtly sneak a little anatomy into my housewares, I’ll do it.
