Oprah uses Nucleus Medical Art for Animation

In an attempt to help 45 million Americans quit smoking, Oprah featured Dr. Oz and his latest secrets to stop smoking. They used one of the best ways to visualize the effects of smoking on the lungs, a medical animation.
Harpo Studios approached Nucleus Medical Art for their animation of the effects of smoking. It’s a straightforward visualization of the progressive destruction of the alveolar sacs leading to emphysema.
Nucleus is credited for making the world’s most viewed medical animation on the Internet. They have a very clear and simple style that’s perfect for diverse audiences. It’s no wonder Oprah approached them for their animation. Congratulations Nucleus!

why is this guy always wearing the purole gloves? It’s not like he’s doing a rectal exam,he’s in cardiac surgery….I hate when they medicine a show.
At least he was actually wearing clothes this time. He usually wears scrubs. There is no need to wear scrubs outside of a hospital, clinic, or doctor’s office.
He must do it to distinguish himself from us normal people. Heck, I feel an urge to wear my stethoscope around my neck, even though I’m far, far away from becoming a practicing M.D.
I got a chance to hear him live at a conference in San Francisco. He’s a super-engaging speaker and really captivates his audience. He even featured the same 3D visuals in his presentation, spinning a story about atherosclerotic plaques and clots while fantastic 3D visuals of the inside of an artery plays on the screen.
This is an excellent post! As a female I know that smoking is more of a risk for me than a male.
