This is an awesome list. Thanks for compiling it. I have a couple more to add for the microbiology lovers out there:

Ooo! Thanks for including the book!
Also - don’t forget http://www.giantmicrobes.com
Not QUITE anatomy, I know.
Great list!
Skeletor will be by in a day or so to collect that skull for his lair.
Don’t forget the “Gross Anatomy” line of squishy organ toys. These have been a great favorite around our house. Fun for all ages. We particularly enjoy throwing them against a window and watching their slow-motion gooey tumble down the glass.
I like the last set of cufflinks, but I’m afraid I might lose one. After all, what use is half a pair of eye-shaped cufflinks?
So, whose skull is it? Can the family buy it back?
If I may suggest, my website is fully of anatomy themed goodness. Perfect for those on a bit of a budget, too! I am actually in the process of updating it with many new items this weekend. Please do check it out, http://poeia.net , thanks!

On my new blog I wrote a post (http://www.cellwise.net/2007/10/international-museum-of-surgical.html)
about the International Museum of Surgical Science in Chicago (have you been? it’s pretty cool), and came across their online store (https://www.icsglobal.org/shop/). They have lots of human anatomy-related gifts. I can’t link to all of them here, but in my post (towards the middle), I mentioned and link to the “magic thinking cap”, “Little Joe Torso”, “anatomical key rings”, a “lumbar vertebra mug”, a “glow-in-the-dark finger bone pen”, and “bone or muscle socks”, mostly because I found them amusing. Oh, I just remembered about the anatomical Jell-O molds (https://www.icsglobal.org/shop/category?id=6).
There are lots and lots more!
I’m also a grad student at UIC, and I just recently started a blog, CELL*WISE. I think Street Anatomy is really cool. Thanks!
I can’t help feeling the diamond skull would have been more interesting if it was more educational - eg colour in different areas of brain with different precious stones, or mark out the phrenology “bumps” or something like that.
Oh Oh this gem as well : http://www.brickartist.com/sweet_heart.html
Check them out for the most amazing morbid gifts. This place was founded by a woman facing advanced breast cancer who wanted to die laughing. Lots of cool stuff like chocolate body parts, Day of the Dead goodies, T shirts, DVDs, Books. They are even producing their own embalming DVD this year. They also donate 25% of their profit to breast cancer research.

I actually broke down and got some of the holiday chocolates when my son was born, the baby show favors cracked up my buddies when I came back to work.
